I made the decision to create "The Year of Me" after realizing that too often, we get caught up in other people's issues, concerns, or even happiness, but then neglect our own needs. Thus, making my goal is to continue down the path of making myself a priority, and hopefully will encourage you to do the same.
While I will continue to think of the needs of others, and share experiences along the way, I will also share ways that I am dedicating time to ME. On this blog you will find three sections:
FUN: this section will share any type of inspiration, activity, or adventure that I think is worth the share.
FITNESS: this section will share my person fitness goals, workout tips, and tricks as I embark on my journey to complete a Half-Ironman this July.
FOOD: What can I say, I'm a foodie. This section will share some of my favorite vegetarian recipes, cupcake creations, and restaurants.
